5 Easy Steps

1. Please select: 'Cashier > Go To Cashier....' from the drop down menu located in the upper left hand corner of the card room lobby. Once you are on the Cashier web page, click 'Request Payout'.
2. From the Request Payout screen, please specify that you wish to withdraw using NETELLER.
3. Choose which wallet to withdraw funds from and enter the amount of money you wish to withdraw. Click 'Continue'.
4. PokerFever.com will verify the information you entered and will process your request.
5. After confirming your payout, your NETELLER transfer will be sent to the email address you registered with PokerFever.com. Please verify this information. To make any changes, visit Options/Change Personal Information, within the game window.

Information

NETELLER only accepts whole dollar amounts. Any remaining cents will be credited back to your PokerFever.com account

5. A confirmation of your FirePay transaction will be sent to the email address you registered with PokerFever.com You may update your email address and any other personal information by selecting: 'Options > Change Personal Information' from the drop down menu within the card room lobby.

For your security we require 12 hours, from the time of the last deposit into your account, to start processing your withdrawal request excluding Saturday and Sunday.

Processing Time

For FirePay transfers we ask that you allow up to 7 days, from the time of your last deposit, for your funds to appear at FirePay. This is to ensure that your initial deposit cleared through FirePay. If no deposit was made during the previous 7 days prior to your payout request, then processing will take 24-48 hours excluding Saturday and Sunday.

PokerFever.com restricts bank drafts to one per customer per 7-day period.

For security reasons, we require customers wait 12 hours from the time of your last deposit to request a withdrawal. The reason for this delay is to allow your deposit to clear the processor.

Bank drafts in excess of $2,000 will be couriered directly to your home with charges billed to the recipient. In order to warrant processing and mailing costs, the minimum withdrawal request is $50 per bank draft.

Bank Drafts require between 3 - 6 weeks to reach its destination.

3. Choose which wallet to withdraw funds from and enter the amount of money you wish to withdraw.
4. PokerFever.com will verify the information you entered and will process your request.
5. Select your bank account type and enter your bank account number and ABA/Transit number. (For help, click on the '?' on the payout screen for more information.) Then click 'Continue'.

3. Choose which wallet to withdraw funds from and enter the amount of money you wish to withdraw. Click 'Continue'.
4. PokerFever.com will verify the information you entered and will process your request.
5. After confirming your payout, your myCitadel transfer will be sent to the email address you registered with PokerFever.com. Please verify this information. To make any changes, select the Lobby button within the software then choose Validate/Change E-mail.

If you have made a withdrawal request recently and wish to cancel that request and obtain Poker Chips, reversing your withdrawal is recommended. As long as your withdrawal request has not been approved or sent, you may reverse your withdrawal. A reversal will return the chips to your PokerFever.com account instantly and there is no fee for reversals.

From the 'Cashier' option, within the software, select 'View Payout Status'. If you have requested a payout and it has not yet been processed, you will see a 'Payouts Summary'. By simply clicking on the 'Cancel Button' you may reverse any pending payout requests.
