Deposit Bonus Rules

1. PokerFever.com reserves the right to limit the number of times end users may participate in a promotion. Identity of participants will be determined on the basis of all or any combination of the following: name, mailing address, email address, credit/charge/debit card number, and any other forms of identification which may be required. Where multiple participations are permitted, PokerFever.com reserves the right to limit the number of bonuses earned by any participant.
2. PokerFever.com may, in its sole discretion, limit the eligibility of end users or of any one end user to participate in promotions, and to restrict the eligibility of any group or category of end users to participate in promotions.
3. PokerFever.com reserves the right to modify, alter, discontinue or terminate a promotion at any time for any reason whatsoever, without notice to the end users. However, PokerFever.com will use reasonable efforts to provide advance notice to the end users of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination. PokerFever.com shall not be liable for any damages whatsoever arising as a result of any such modification, alteration, discontinuance or termination of any promotion, and any such liability shall be borne solely and exclusively by the end users.
4. PokerFever.com reserves the right to review transaction records and logs from time to time for any reason whatsoever. If upon such review it appears that an end user is participating in strategies which PokerFever.com in its sole discretion deem to be abusive, PokerFever.com reserves the right to revoke the entitlement of such end user to the promotion.
5. PokerFever.com players will be awarded a 50% bonus on their first deposit of a minimum $25.00. Maximum bonus amount is $150.00.
6. Redeeming the deposit bonus will require the user to play enough hands to redeem 10 POP points for every $1 US they deposit. For example if a player deposits $100 dollars in order to receive their $50 bonus they must play enough hands to satisfy 1000 POP points.
7. You are only allowed one active account. The name on your PokerFever.com account must match the name on the payment method(s) used to make deposit or the bonus will be void.
8. 50% bonus will be credited to player accounts within 24 hours of reaching the designated amount of real money raked hands tied to the deposit amount.
9. No player may have more than one PokerFever.com account. If PokerFever.com detects a player with more than one account, we reserve the right to relocate all funds to one of the accounts and delete the extra account(s). Any bonuses given to the extra accounts will be removed.
